Fitness AI ("the App") is developed and operated as an independent app. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and what choices you have. We built the App around one rule: your Readiness score, training and nutrition history stay on your device unless you explicitly sign in, and our AI Coach only ever reasons from numbers that actually came from your data — it never invents or estimates a health metric.
With your permission, the App reads sleep, heart rate and activity data from Apple Health to compute your daily Readiness score. This computation happens on your device. Raw HealthKit samples are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. If you log a workout in the App, it may write that workout back to Apple Health with your permission.
You can review or revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Fitness AI.
Creating an account is optional — most of the App works without one. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier and, if you share it, your name and email address, via Firebase Authentication. This lets you keep your account associated with your subscription across devices.
Workouts, meals and Coach conversations you log are stored locally on your device. When you ask the AI Coach a question, the App sends your question along with a small, structured summary of your relevant data — for example your current Readiness score, recent training volume by muscle group, and today's logged nutrition totals — to our server, which forwards it to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to generate a response. Raw HealthKit data is never included in this summary, only the derived numbers described above.
Subscription and purchase status is processed through the App Store and our subscription platform (RevenueCat) so we can unlock Pro features. We do not receive your payment card details — Apple handles payment directly.
We use crash reporting to identify and fix bugs, and may use basic product analytics (e.g. which screens are opened) to understand how the App is used and improve it. This data may be associated with your account if you're signed in, and is never sold.
| Party | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase (Google) | Account identifiers, crash reports | Authentication and app stability |
| RevenueCat | Purchase and subscription status | Managing your Pro subscription |
| DeepSeek | Your Coach question + a derived data summary (see §3) | Generating your Coach's answer |
| Apple | Purchase transactions | Processing App Store payments |
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
To request deletion of any data we hold on our servers, contact us at the address below.
Fitness AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Our service providers (Firebase, RevenueCat, DeepSeek) may process data on servers located outside your country. Each provider maintains its own security and data-protection standards.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
