These Terms govern your use of Fitness AI ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
Fitness AI provides fitness and nutrition information for general wellness purposes only. Your Readiness score, training suggestions and Coach responses are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified physician, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing injury or medical condition. If the Coach detects you may be describing pain, injury or a medical concern, it will direct you to seek professional attention rather than give training advice.
Most features of the App work without an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, you're responsible for keeping that sign-in method secure. You may sign out or request account deletion at any time from Settings.
The AI Coach is available as part of Fitness AI Pro, an auto-renewing subscription offered in the following terms:
Exact pricing and availability are shown in the App and on the App Store before purchase, and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings — the App itself has no ability to process cancellations or refunds, both are handled entirely by Apple.
You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to disrupt its infrastructure, reverse-engineer its AI backend, or use it to submit unlawful, abusive or harmful content to the Coach.
Workouts, meals and Coach questions you enter remain yours. We use them only as described in our Privacy Policy, to provide the App's features to you.
The App is provided "as is." Readiness scores, training volume calculations, and Coach responses are generated from the data available to the App at the time — they may be incomplete or, in the case of Coach responses, imperfect, since they're generated by an AI system. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury resulting from a training decision made using information from the App.
We may update the App and these Terms over time. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
